- Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions. Please note that returns will not be processed without an RA number.
- Return Shipping: After receiving your RA number, you will need to ship the product back to us. The return shipping address will be provided with your RA number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged during transit.
- Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items to ensure the package arrives safely.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Returns for non-defective items: Return shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for these costs unless otherwise specified.
- Returns for defective or damaged items: We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for eligible defective or damaged items, and we will cover the return shipping costs.
If you choose to return an item without using our provided return label (if applicable), we cannot be responsible for any lost or damaged packages.
5. Refunds and Exchanges
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement.
- Please note: The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund if you are returning a non-defective item.

- Replacement: If a replacement is available, we will ship it to you as soon as the damaged or defective item is returned and processed.
7. Refund Processing Time
Once your return is processed, please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be issued to your original payment method. It may take an additional 3-5 business days for your financial institution to process the refund and reflect it in your account.
8. Order Cancellations

9. Restocking Fees
In some cases, we may charge a restocking fee of up to 15% for returned items. This fee will be deducted from the total refund amount. Restocking fees apply primarily to items that are returned in opened or used condition or items that require special handling.
